Science Technology Park Belgrade took part in Comtrade System Integration Horizons 2026, a conference focused on emerging technology trends, artificial intelligence, and digital business transformation.
STP Belgrade Director Prof. Dr. Marija Milić participated in a panel discussion addressing the key prerequisites for successful AI implementation in business. One of the central messages was that AI adoption does not begin with choosing a model, but with clearly validating the business problem and defining a relevant use case.
High-quality data, a clearly defined use case, and an appropriate governance framework are essential foundations for developing AI solutions capable of delivering measurable business value.
During the conference, Science Technology Park Belgrade and Comtrade System Integration also signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The memorandum provides a framework for closer cooperation between enterprise systems and innovative solutions developed by startups from the STP Belgrade community, as well as for future joint initiatives.
The conference also provided an opportunity for an open discussion on what startups in Serbia are currently building and where new opportunities are emerging for the practical application of innovative solutions.
